We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. They even upgraded us to a bigger room, which was large, clean, and comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, especially the gym. It was brilliant, with a lot of new and decent equipment. We also appreciated the efficient shuttle bus service. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was quite near the airport, making it convenient for us to catch a taxi. This made it easy for us to explore other areas of the island that were near and visit a floating market out of town.

The Chinese restaurant right opposite the hotel provides a great dining option for guests. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff are polite and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a variety of choices to start the day off right. The hotel also has a gym and a pool area with a nice view overlooking the airport.

staff and food were good, but most important - the hotel was impeccably clean. the restaurant was really nice for lunch & dinner here, i had appetising dishes.

Superior queen room was neat with nice bed. Plenty of facilities such as: an individual safe, an electronic key card and a work desk. Everything was great, however a few employees were extremely unfriendly😀😀👍

On a budget? This hotel is perfect. Free airport transfer, clean rooms, friendly staff, and a gym and pool. Great value for money!

We stayed at this hotel before our early morning flight and found it to be a great location as it was close to the airport, making it easy to get there in time for our flight. The area around the hotel seemed to be an industrial area, but it was quiet enough for us to get a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was a good size with comfortable bedding. We enjoyed the convenience of the 24-hour restaurant and the breakfast buffet was decent, with eggs made to order.

We arrived at the hotel late at night and were a bit skeptical due to the dark surroundings and previous reviews. However, once we reached the new wing, it felt like a miracle. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, thanks to our office's pre-arranged payments. Our room on the 5th floor was spacious, and when we encountered an issue with the aircon, the staff promptly changed our room. The bathroom was also huge, although the slow water flow caused some flooding. The modern room design was appealing, but the lack of windows made it a bit suffocating. The breakfast at King Kaew Coffee Shop was decent with a good variety. Despite some complaints about the old wing, our experience in the new wing was enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.
